I am a former orchestral composer for film/tv and currently a creative, inquisitive data engineer based in Portland, Oregon with my cool wife. When not in front of a boring computer screen I am camping and hiking in the rainfall, reading an engaging book, avoiding the internet, and thinking too much about everything.

I enjoy creative writing and teaching myself new things. The last few years I have been trying to master the art of painting landscapes & cartography, and I take every opportunity to learn more about art, programming, religions, and people.
